Kids Fit Camp
Inner Beast CrossFit is excited to announce our very first Kids Camp! Designed for kids ages 6-12, this camp will run on Mondays and Thursdays from July 8-August 1 at 3:15-4pm.
The focus of this class will be on FUN, and the young athletes will develop and improve their physical fitness in order to prepare them to be safe in sports and life in general.
Much like our adult CrossFit classes, each kids class session will have a warm up (games and races), a skill component, and a workout of the day (WOD).
The cost of this class will be $100 per child or $150 for 2 children if you sign up for the whole month. Drop ins will be $15 per kid per class.

Inner Beast Basics
Tuesdays & Thursdays - 5:30 pm
Inner Beast Basics is a course designed for beginner to intermediate athletes ages 12 and up.
It's designed to get young athletes and newer athletes more familiar with the basics of powerlifting movements(bench, squat, deadlift, and Overhead Press), dynamic kettle bell movements, bodyweight movements, and agility.
Every teen taking a weights class or playing contact sports will benefit HIGHLY from learning these movements correctly and safely. You will learn setup, proper breathing/bracing techniques, and all around good form from our extremely knowledgeable coaches.
Unfortunately, a lot of child/adult athletes are learning these movements incorrectly and it could hurt them in the long run. We are here to prevent that and help everyone grow into a more effective and well-rounded athlete.
