Inner Beast Basics
Tuesdays & Thursdays - 5:30 pm
Inner Beast Basics is a course designed for beginner to intermediate athletes ages 12 and up.
It's designed to get young athletes and newer athletes more familiar with the basics of powerlifting movements(bench, squat, deadlift, and Overhead Press), dynamic kettle bell movements, bodyweight movements, and agility.
Every teen taking a weights class or playing contact sports will benefit HIGHLY from learning these movements correctly and safely. You will learn setup, proper breathing/bracing techniques, and all around good form from our extremely knowledgeable coaches.
Unfortunately, a lot of child/adult athletes are learning these movements incorrectly and it could hurt them in the long run. We are here to prevent that and help everyone grow into a more effective and well-rounded athlete.
