IBCF Hybrid Throwdown - CrossFit/Strongman Hybrid Competition

This is an exciting, Hybrid competition that combines CrossFit, Strongman, and a hint of power-lifting into a one-day event! We are offering individual (RX and Scaled), team (MM or FF), categories. No previous competition experience required, the movement standards will be covered during the athlete meeting.
